Maison Demetriades is an interior design studio active in Cyprus, London and Mykonos. We pride ourselves on creating beautiful and elegant interiors for Homeowners, Developers and Hoteliers in international locations.
Our experience has equipped us with the knowledge and ability to meet your requirements to create the perfect interior for you. By getting to know you on a personal level, we are able to discern exactly what your needs and aspirations are to create a stunning home, inspiring office, upmarket restaurant or boutique hotel. Never content to place style over substance, we balance timeless, sophisticated design with functional, comfortable living spaces that feel light and expansive. You can count on us to be with you every step of the way– from design conception to project management and detailed finishes. We create soulful relationships with our clients.
In 2009 launched our Interior Design and Property business. Over the last 14 years (wow time flies fast!) we have carried out numerous projects for clients with budgets starting from EUR100,000.
In the last few years, it has become clear that we excel at providing Interior Design services for Homeowners, Staging & Styling and Commercial Properties.

Katie Demetriades
Katie’s enthusiasm, excitement and inspiring nature for projects is contagious! Her dynamic, straight-forward and direct approach keeps you secure that you will be delivered an exceptional end result with integrity, precision and love. She sees the big picture and is results orientated, confident and organised. Katie thrives on being busy and managing many projects at a time. She is happiest when in charge of delivering you a high-end turnkey service. You know you will see a smile every morning when you work with her and she always has a sunny, fun attitude and approach to collaborating on projects. Both her demeanour and work is charming!
Sophia Demetriades
Sophia has a passion for interiors and high quality materials . Her appreciation for gardens and nature itself always comes through in our work. Sophia is great at intuitively understanding what our clients need, a wonderful communicator and problem solver. She loves to come up with new schemes for each project so that our projects have a sophisticated and expansive feel to them. Sophia is hard working and a bit of perfectionist at times! This is a great advantage for our clients so they receive a polished, finished result. The best times with her are at the end of a long day with a glass of wine on the beach after a super fun, productive day at work. That happy, tired feeling is the best!

Our Story
Growing up we were very lucky to have parents who loved to travel! We are so grateful they took us to wonderful places in Greece, the United Kingdom, the USA and all over Europe. In fact, Europe was always our favourite destination as a family - especially France. Being Greek it is quite typical to have an affinity for the French culture – be it the language, the fashion, the food and most of all the Interior Design .
We have enjoyed every project from the conception stage to the final beautiful touches! The best part of our work is that we build a fun, creative, loving relationship with our client so that we can understand your needs and desires for your new home. This home may be a place you live in full-time and retreat to at the end of the day to revive yourself and relax with loved ones or it may be your home away from home where you go and enjoy your vacation time - your piece of heaven.
We keep ourselves abreast of all the new trends and styles by going to Interior Design fairs every year in Paris and Milan and working with reputable brands so that we can interior design your home to meet your specifications. We have our own Team of designers, artisans, builders who we trust and love that are ready to come to you for a full-blown renovation or a decorating and styling project. Over the last decade we have carried out our own Property Development projects and if you are starting a new build from scratch we can come in right at the beginning at the Conception stage on a Consulting basis.
